There are different modalities that you can put into practice. For example, you can do everything from the most innovative discipline of “wakeboarding” to the more classic modalities based on “slalom”, “figures”, “jumps”, the “combined” modality or the so-called “barefoot” modality.
If you want to know what equipment you will need to practice this fantastic sport, the specific equipment will depend on the type of equipment you decide to practice, but as a general rule it can be said that the essential basic equipment is the boat (or another means of towing such as a helicopter, since there is even a type of water skiing in which you will be guided by a helicopter instead of a high-powered boat), the skis, the board you are going to ride, a good wetsuit and the rest of the technical equipment you need for both protection and support (gripping elements, etc.).
