  1. CARDIO SESSION – WARM-UP

Do a short cardio session before training, 10 or 15 minutes will suffice. Avoid injuries by warming up each of your muscles very well before starting your exercises. Stretch your joints to prevent cramps, in or out of the sea.

  1. ELBOW PLANKS / ELBOW PLANKS

Elbow planks are great for working the body as a unit, especially strengthening the natural curve of your back.
