Blanca Alabau

Blanca Alabau started windsurfing when she was 8 years old. Perhaps the fact that he started at such an early age is due to the great influence he had at home, that of his older sister, Marina Alabau, Olympic medalist and world windsurfing champion, of which he is now, as well as family , teammate.

Blanca competed in the Techno293 modality before moving on to RS:X, which is currently the modality that takes place in the Olympic Games and now she does so in Formula Foil, which in 2024 will become the modality olympic.

The youngest of the Alabau lives and trains in Tarifa, but she travels all over the globe to compete in what she was born to do: windsurfing. Although before discovering her passion for the wind, she handled herself with skill in surfing, as a windsurfer she accumulates successes such as two Foil world runner-ups achieved in Portimao 2018 and Puck in 2019.
