Surf on giant waves in Punta Galea in Getxo

Today we bring you a video of the 2015 Punta Galea Challenge, a surf event famous for the presence of giant waves, between six and eight meters, which make it something spectacular.

On this occasion the American Nic Lamb was the winner of the ninth edition of the Punta Galea Challenge, which is held on this Getxo beach.

And it is that giant waves are a fixture that never fail in holding this competition and the event is world famous and known for it.

For the second year in a row in its nine-year history, the Punta Galea Challenge was once again one of the six great events of the world circuit of big wave surfing, the Big Wave World Tour.
