THE ANZAC SQUARE

LONE PINE SANCTUARY
Koalas and other native Australian animals can be found in abundance at the Lone Pine Sanctuary, where endangered wildlife such as dingoes and wombats are protected and cared for to prevent their disappearance.
Here they do an admirable job, open to the public, especially in informing visitors about the current situation of these animals. They also have a kangaroo reserve so that visitors can observe them up close and even interact with them.
This is actually the oldest and largest koala and kangaroo sanctuary in the world. You will find it located on the banks of the river in the city.

This suburb in Brisbane is the ideal destination for sea lovers, although it is a little far from the city, approximately 1 hour and a half from the center.
There you will find a beautiful beach where the protagonists, in addition to its soft sand and crystal-clear water, will be the small crabs that deliberately protrude from the sand, entering and exiting in a very particular and fun way.
You can even see this spectacle from the large pier known as the “Jetty”. However, it is not a conventional beach, some of its sections will make you feel like you are in a swimming pool, so you will not lack relaxation at any time.
Westfield Garden City
If you haven't had enough of the malls in the City, you can visit Westfield Garden City, which is one of the most incredible, luxurious and complete shopping centres in Brisbane, and you will be surprised by many more than those we have mentioned above. QUEENSLAND MARITIME MUSEUM
There are plenty of museums to choose from in Brisbane. The Maritime Museum is definitely a great choice to include in your agenda of activities. It is in fact one of the largest maritime museums in the world, with an important collection of highly interesting exhibits that you won't want to miss.
