Iván Pastor Lafuente is a Spanish Olympic athlete and professional windsurfer recognized nationally and internationally, competing in the Mistral and RS:X.1 classes.
She won a bronze medal at the 2005 European Mistral Championships and a bronze medal at the 2011 European RS:X Championships. She also won a silver medal at the 2001 Mediterranean Games in Tunisia in the Mistral class.
She has participated in four Summer Olympic Games, placing 12th at Athens 2004 (Mistral), 9th at Beijing 2008 (RS:X), 16th at London 2012 (RS:X) and 9th at Rio de Janeiro 2016 (RS:X).
He was chosen to represent Spain in the RS.X windsurfing competition for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
