Blanca María Manchón Domínguez is a renowned Spanish athlete who competes in sailing in the Mistral and RS:X classes, multiple times world windsurfing champion and awarded as the best sailor in the world in 2010, by the International Federation of Vela, being the second Spanish to receive this distinction.
In 2004, in her Olympic debut in Athens at just 17 years old, at which time some rule had to be changed so that she could compete, she was an Olympic diploma (8th). Currently, she is successfully shuffling between her sports career, her swimsuit venture, and her family in the role of her mother.
The Andalusian athlete has been present at the XIV Conference on Pediatrics that has been held in Murcia and has the endorsement of the Spanish Association of Pediatrics. The windsurfer has visited the Hero España facilities in Alcantarilla and there she has given motivational talks to employees of that company and to students in the last year of Pediatrics from various universities in the country.
Blanca Manchón is now also a lecturer having participated in a wide series of talks that she has given in Murcia. Without a doubt, with her drive and her passion, she has been an inspiration for athletes, mothers and businesswomen, even in the most challenging circumstances.

The Sevillian sailor has already accredited her place hers to compete in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in sailing, specifically in the Windsurfing class.
