Blanca María Manchón Domínguez is a renowned Spanish athlete who competes in sailing in the Mistral and RS:X classes. She has been a multiple world windsurfing champion and was awarded the prize for best sailor in the world in 2010 by the International Sailing Federation, making her the second Spanish woman to receive this distinction.
