Experienced pilots can stay in the air for long periods of time and perform acrobatics. A great place to practice hang gliding in Spain is the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.
ROCK CLIMBING
Rock climbing consists of in ascending a steep rock face with the help of physical strength. The height of the site can be very dangerous, so safety and protective equipment are often used. Depending on the location and difficulty, it can be considered a risky sport. There is the "integral solo" type, where the climber ascends the rock face without any safety equipment. Another type of rock climbing is "psicobloc," where the climber ascends cliff faces where the only protection is water. Mallorca is one of the destinations chosen by climbers to practice this technique. And for rock climbing, we recommend the Ansó Valley in the Pyrenees.
