DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?
Any product may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order and
You have two return options. We'll explain them to you:
- 100% free return:
- We pay all costs for returning the package within Europe.
- We'll refund your money in the form of a gift card that you can use at any time in our store.
- Return by your own means:
- You can return your order to us in any way you prefer, paying the shipping costs yourself. We also offer the option of using our own shipping services, at your expense.
- You'll receive your money back in the same way you paid. This may take up to 3-7 days after receiving the returned package.

STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN:
1. Access our returns portal by clicking click here
2. You will need to enter:
- Your order number. Example: TIFWEB14879
- The email or the mobile phone number you used to place the order.
3. Once you've logged in, you'll be able to see all your orders. You'll need to select each product you want to return and indicate the reason for returning it. If you're returning all products, please select them all and then click the "Return Products" button.
4. Follow the steps below and once you're finished, you'll receive a barcode so you can submit your return.
5. Now all you have to do is go to your nearest post office, show them the return barcode, and hand over the package. Don't forget to keep the delivery receipt they'll give you in case you have any issues. If you don't keep it, you can't file a claim.
6. As soon as we receive the return at our warehouse and check that everything is correct, we will send you a confirmation email with the return.
* Only unused products may be returned, as long as they are in perfect condition with their tags attached. If you receive a used product, the refund will be rejected.
