Physical routine exercises before going to sleep

No gym? No problem!

If you haven't had time to exercise during the day, follow this simple routine at night before going to bed.

  • Do this routine at least 1 hour before going to bed.
  • Avoid doing cardio before bed. Choose muscle strengthening exercise.
  • Hydrate very well.
  • Always find a comfortable position and use a yoga mat or a towel.
